Tanzania Gallery is online

The first section is showing Lake Manyara NP, followed by Ngorongoro Crater with pictures of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area including the Empakai Crater. The last section focuses on the Serengeti and here it is the south eastern part, the Ndutu- and Loliondo Area. To open the gallery, just click into the picture. Enjoy.

The Supreme Ordeal

…is coming!

Let the hunt begin…

The sun had already set when we saw a group of lions aproaching some zebra. Unfortunately a few minutes later it was dark and we had to stop our hunt.

The great migration (Serengeti) Part #1

Every year one and half million wildebeest migrates in February/March to the southern plains in the Serengeti. What you see here is part of their journey.

If you take a closer look you see the long line of wildebeest. You will see hundreds of those kind of treks.

Vultures ahead!

Lions day

On that morning we’ve been out to the Ngorongoro Crater and saw in total 27 lions. Including wake-up call, Wildebeest breakfast (unluckily behind a small hill), boys hunting girls and an injured young lion.
